Frank Orlett
District Manager
As District Manager, Frank oversee the company's daily operations. While in the waste industry, Frank has held various positions within the  industry including: maintenance manager, operations manager, and division vice president. Frank is involved in youth sports throughout the Coachella Valley. Frank lives in the Coachella Valley with his wife and two children.

Mike Veto
Director of Municipal Services
In his current position, he is responsible for all external marketing in the Coachella Valley. His main responsibility is to act as a liaison between Burrtec Waste and Recycling Services and the city and county staff members. Mike oversees all external marketing efforts. He is involved in various community organizations.

Kenn Stevens

Recycling Coordinator for the City of Indian Wells

Kenn began his career in the waste industry in 1990 as a sales representative.  By 1997, he was managing recycling and hauling operations for the Idyllwild, Anza, and Pinyon transfer sites.  Shortly after moving to the Coachella Valley in 2001, he began working for the local Palm Desert facility as Safety & Compliance Manager.  Today he functions as the Recycling Coordinator exclusively for the City of Indian Wells encouraging developers, businesses, and residents to optimize their recycling opportunities in an effort to divert as much material as possible from local landfills.

Teresa Martinez
Customer Service Manager
Teresa has been in the waste industry since 2002. She has extensive knowledge and experience in call center management. Teresa is over the Palm Desert Call Center. She lives in the Coachella Valley.

Valerie Ward
Recycling Coordinator
Valerie's main responsibility is to ensure that all of our cities meet or exceed their recycling diversion requirements under AB939. Valerie is responsible for setting up recycling programs with all of our commercial customers, schools, non-profit organizations and civic groups. She has been in the industry since February 2001 and resides in the Coachella Valley.

Jennifer Salciccoli

Sales Representative
Jennifer's main responsibility is to be the main liaison for our Special Event and Construction Customers in the Coachella Valley. Jennifer is responsible for coordinating the temporary services for Burrtec Waste and Recycling Services. She has been in the industry since October 2001 and resides in the Coachella Valley.
